After hearing of Louisiana emcee and Meek Mill protege Lil Snupe's untimely death we decided to celebrate his life and music by giving you his legendary debut mixtape "16 & Runnin". This is the tape that famously lead Meek to sign Snupe to his Dream Chasers Records less than 20 minutes after hearing it.
